I bought a microwave in Sears last March already not working, Sears booked a service for today from 8am to 5pm. That is insane, wait a complete day, thet have this phone 787 287 3800 and No one answer it, Is not fair to have an appointment of service set by a company outside of Puerto Rico, and wait 8 hours, I hope they show up today, but this is the last thing i will buy in Sears. Poor service
