Sears washer review

Called Sears Repair on 5/23. Made an appointment to have my front line washer fixed that has never worked since purchase. It flooded my home ruining my hard wood floors. Appointment was made for 5/27 between 1:00-5:00. Took off work, spouse at home as well. No phone call or repair personal present. Called at 5:00, was instructed that repairman running late will be there. No show. Called again at 6:00 and was told at that call that the repaiman came by and no one was home. I got very upset. I cancelled appoitments and took off work for this. I was placed on hold multiple time resulting on being on hold for over one hour to be told the second time that the repairman tried to call and there was no answer (which is untrue, I was sitting by the phone). When asked when this could be fixed was instruceted that "they where to busy". I had $234.14 taken from my credit card for payment for services that was never received and again was hasseled when I asked for my money back. I called Lowes and they could send a represenative out the next day if I had purchased the product from them. I was instructed by sears that "they were to busy". Every time I deal with sears, it is the worse product and service. I hope no one ever has to go trough this and waste their day waiting with no information and don't dare call because "they are to busy". I wish I could return these products. I don't want sears products in my home. I work hard everyday for my purchases and don't appreciate a company that doesn't work as hard for their customers because "they are to busy"
