Customer service - MAYTAG DISHWASHER

I purchased a maytag dishwasher in 2-09. It has been leaking under my sink for approx 2-3 weeks. I s/u a service call for 7-18. It took 2 weeks to get that appointment. They were to call and confirm, never did. I called to confirm. I waited til 3pm. They called to cancel. When i asked for what reason, i was told the tech was over booked. I went to the vineland store and explained what happened (they were very nice). They notified national and they were supposed to get back to me today. It is now 6pm and no response. I called the plumber who installed the appliance and scheduled for wed. Sears also, scheduled a tech to come out on wed. I expected to hear from them today. No response. Can someone please respond and let me know if sears values their customers or if we should be shopping elsewhere. Thank you
