Hi I had sears install central air in my home in July. The only reason I went with Sears was because of the customer service and warranty. Sadly this was the biggest mistake. 1st no call no show on day of appointment. Then dealings with regional manager a complete joke. Second installation occurs and within a few hours my basement is flooded. Contact Sears immediately, they send the installer back. Apparently the pump that was indicated on Sears order said use existing pump. The pump was not adequate to serve the AC unit. Sears response; we will pay for a new pump or clean your carpet from water damage. I have spoken and filed complaints. The last I heard from a Sears person was almost 2 weeks ago when they told me for the second time I would hear from someone within 48 hours.
