I scehduled an appt for 5/4 (10am-2pm). Dryer has problem w/F23 code. Waited and called Sears at 2PM. Found out the customer service REP book the appt for a Gas Stove. I corrected the appt. No technician showed up all day or called. I called again at 5PM the 800 number again. Now found out the the records was not updated for the dryer and need to rebook the appt which will not be avaiable for one to two weeks. Say what! No explanation for the mishap or accomodation of an earlier appt. I have been a customer of Sears for almost 15 years and never had such level of service.
