Unauth Refrigerator Repair Cancellation - appliance repai

I purchased a service agreement today (Saturday) for $251.99 with a guarantee of same day service. My appt was scheduled from 8 to noon today. I received a call back from Kelly to advise that due to excessive overtime today, my appt was cancelled and the next earliest appt I could get would be next Thursday. I then requested to cancel my service agreement and was put on hold. When Kelly came back I was told I had a 1-5 pm appt for today (Saturday I followed up at 4p to see where I was in the schedule and was told that my appt was cancelled by Kelly due to excessive overtime. It's obvious that Kelly advised me of the appt to get me off the phone with no intention of senjding someone out today. I escalated the call to Alex who got me a Tuesday 7-9 appt. I called the Sears Customer Relations number and Elaine quickly told me that same day appointments aren't possible. So why did the first rep and then Kelly schedule them? When I spoke with Travis to cancel my agreement I was told to call back since the system can't handle same day credit card transactions. This is just shoddy customer service. Sears - you need to respond to this complaint.
