I'm glad to know this Company has gone sour! I've bought from them in the past, and I was just getting ready to order a Weed-Trimmer ($34.99) and a Leaf-Blower ($34.99) on their "Free Shipping" offer (which automatically adds $2.99 for "Order Processing" and an "Optional Package Assurance Fee" of $1.99, whatever that is, as it isn't needed because the SHIPPING COMPANY will reimburse you or Heartland for any packages "lost in transit" and such). Now, after reading 13 reports from 13 different people who have had trouble with getting Heartland to "make good on" their merchandise, I'll take my $70.00 $2.99 Order Processing, and go to some local store, where I've seen these same items for sale at REGULAR PRICE of $40.00 each. Maybe I can catch a SALE, and buy them a little cheaper, and not have to go through the Heartland America Hassle!
Remember, folks, if it sounds too good to be true, it usually is! I've begun checking usacomplaints.com before buying ANYTHING from ANYBODY, and it has SAVED ME LOTSA $ that I didn't have to waste! Keep up the good work! This is better than the Better Business Bureau or the Attorney General websites, as I don't have to check state-by-state! One search, and it gets it all NATIONWIDE! I really like this website, as it saves me a LOT OF TIME AND MONEY!
