I will not buy another item from this store! Their lack of customer service has completely exhausted me and sadly, this is my first experience with them. No one ever knows the answer to anything and they certainly do not go the extra mile to find out. My purchased item was not at the store for pick-up AS NOTED ON THE RECEIPT and no one can tell me when it will be. I call back everyday for a week and still no one can confirm a delivery date. They don't even bother to look up the order in their system or call anyone for mor info. I finally ask to speak to a manager and get hung up on. This store has no accountability.
