Customer Service Inefficiency

On Sunday 3/20 I purchased a Garden Oasis 5 piece Bar Set along with the 7 piece Garden Oasis dining set, and the Umbrella and Stand. These were all cash purchases. These items were delivered today 3/31 minus the Bar. I have since been calling the Service Center in College point and have been transferred to every Sears in New York City. This is very discouraging since I have always been a loyal customer. After calling again at 3 pm today, I was again transferred to the Rego Park Store where the items were purchased, and was able to speak to an associate named Wasim, who took the time to investigate the problem and later assured me that he spoke to the Manager and they will set up the the delivery from that store and call me with a delivery date. It was good to know that there are still a few people who take their job seriously and respect customers enough to go the extra mile for them.
