Sent an email to the brick regarding their lack of customer service and not wanting to take responsibility. What is their mission statement???

On Friday November 16, I went to the Ashtonbee store to purchase a chaise and sofa bed. I was told I could pick up the purchase on November 20, after 4:00pm. On November 20th when I enquired after my pick up the warehouse personnel said that it had not left the distribution centre as the Salesperson did not enter the order. Since I had rented a truck to pick up my furniture, I was told to go to customer service and they would look after it. After speaking with the clerk at customer service which he offered me free delivery, I requested to speak to the manager because I was still going to be out the money I paid for the rental and without my furniture. Well, the manager refused to help mitigate my damages and offered no apology and set the blame on the Salesperson. I have worked in the customer service field for many years. I was shocked. Managers are supposed to take responsibility for their staff.
It was originally against my better judgment that I even made a sale with The Brick on November 16, because when I entered the store, your salespeople completely ignored me! And to have the store manager speak to me the way that he did not evening introducing himself or offering an apology! The lack of customer service in the store is appalling!
I have cancelled my order!
Before this, I had never purchased anything at The Brick. I will never purchase anything again at The Brick. It%u2019s clear to me that you all do not value your customers.
