I called sears techician about the washer problem. When the washer spin, the water came out of the sump pump and water heater. She said that will have the techician come over to check the washer and i asked her if that washer problem or sump pump problem before the techician come over so i dont want to waste my money. She said that is the washer problem. Yesterday the techican came over with the grin look and dont even said good morning and went downstairs and checked the washer and sump pump. He said that is not the washer problem and it is fine. It is sump pump problem with his dirty look. I had hard time to understand cuz i am hearing impaired. He said to call the plumber and he went out to the door without saying good bye and then few minutes he came back and opened the door without knocking and walked up to me and gave me his business card and receipt. He left. Wow he is not friendly man. I would like to refund my service agreement please. Thanks! I was told that is the washer problem on the phone and the techician said that is not the washer problem with his unfriendly face.
