Seaars online repair service is a big joke, you cannot make an online repair appointment from Hawaii. Their so called techs and customer relations service is even worse. They need to use English speaking reps and not just some out of country telephone service. They don't know anything about repair and when the switch you to a tech rep. It is a big joke as they don't know anything about parts or problems. A 5th grader knows more. They have to reorganize this service. I talked to 7 different people who did not know what to do when asked, looks like they are reading from a manual to answer and cannot give a straight answer. I doubt if I will buy from Sears again and make a service agreement with them until they clean up their service answering service who don't know left from right.
