Purchased ZTR riding mower in March. Early June, some piece bent near belt and belt came off. Called service. Someone came out 4 days later and said he saw same problem on another mower the day before. Had to order part and it would be 1-2 weeks b4 it came in and he'd come by next time he was in area. It's been about a month and no calls. I call to check on parts, different story every time. We have made a lot of purchases with Conn's and this is first time we've had problems. Fixing to call them to come pick up the mower. Customer service center in beaumont is downright rude and not helpful at all!!!
