We called for our fridge that wasn't cooling... But it turns out that something in our freezer had turned the power button off and I just didn't know that it was there. It took 1.5 minutes and they still charged me $85!! I called to talk to them about it and tell them that I think it's pretty rotten and the man on the phone said "sorry about that" and HUNG UP ON ME!
I will NEVER use them again and I will make sure everyone I know will never use them again.
