I purchased 2 belt guards for my riding lawn mower from this company and they had me bring in my model number and serial number to my lawn mower. And they looked up the part andthey said they could order my belt guards but it would take a couple of days to get them i said ok. A few days later my belt guards show up and i went and picked them up and then upon trying to install them on my lawn mower deck they didn't fit so i took them back and told the guy they don't fit. So the guy started telling me i needed to bring my lawn mower up to his shop so he could make the guards fit and then he had the nerve to tell me he was going to drill new bolt holes and i said no i don't want andything drilled espially after i paid $60 for the guards. So the guy had the nerve to say hes not going to give my money back. So i shoved the belt guards back into his hands and i told the guy i am not coming back here. He acted all surprised after me telling him that i am not coming back.
So bewhere this company is not very bright. If this company was bright he should have looked to see if he could order some other belt guards for my mower.
I refuse to go back to this lawn mower shop.
