I ordered a Ariens riding lawn mower plus catcher bag on 4/17. I received the mower on 4/22. When I tried to assemble the steering wheel, I found that two parts were missing. I ordered the parts the same day and received only one part on May 9. I called customer service and was told that they would re-order the missing part and place an urgent request. Today is May 25 and I still have not received the part. I have received a bill and made a payment on a mower that I cannot use. According to the sales agreement I have 30 days to return the mower and of course that time has passed and I don't even know if the mower works.in the meantime I have had to pay a lawn service to mow my grass. It seems like Home Depot has no influence on their venders to get us this missing part sooner or in my view really don't care. Many calls to customer service has done no good. This has been a terrible experience!
