He promised to install a gate and garage door. After many weeks of waiting he finally graced us with his presence. He attempted to install gate openers, all the while reading the manual. He left EXPOSED wires hanging out and left for twoo weeks. The gates never worked properly and we begged him to make it right. He took and few weeks and when he showed up he was unhappy and ripped everything out doing much damage to my pillars and stucco. He left EXPOSED wired AGAIN! After much email and frustration he finally promised to install the other half of the job, a garage door. We had given up on the gate at that point. He did not install the garage and has STOLEN our deposit. 2700!!! I have documentation and photos along w a letter from a senior contractor who helped us cover the wires. This guy is a thief! He has refused to take our calls or meet w us to resolve issue. A theif!
