Microwave broke - Microwave

30 days ago I had a service person come out and attempt to repair my microwave. Turned out parts were needed. Now its 30 days and they say that one of the parts is no longer available. Might have to replace the microwwave entirely. But also while removing the microwave the technician sat the microwave down on my countertop stove and cracked the stove top. It was said that when all the parts for the microwave came in that they would evaluate the stove top. So this is where I'm at. No microwave and limited use of the countertop stove top.
