We purchased a new home in 2008 and the builder had already installed a brand new LG Microwave/Hood Fan. We then purchased and LG Electric Stove. The microwave electric panel stopped working right after the warranty ended and of course there is nothing that service will do other than repair it for $171. As of yesterday, my stove has the same electric panel issue and other than sending out a repair person at $171.00 PER ISSUE! There is nothing that LG will do. It is frustrating as I believed that I was purchasing a high end product. I will NEVER buy another LG product again and I will NEVER recommend LG to anybody. Terrible products and bad warranty/service.
