HHGregg warranty service is not good at all. We recently called them & reported that our OTR microwave was not working. They came out on the 1st call & determined that the magnetron was bad. Ordered another one & some other parts. Came on 7/19 & installed new parts, microwave still not working. Ordered another magnetron & fuses.installed them on 7/31 & microwave still not working. Just looking @ parts and determined that the Transformer was bad. Now keeping in mind that not the first time did the service Company put a voltage meter on the microwave to determine if there was any voltage coming from the equipment. The service company wont be back until 8/8 to install the transformer. All this time I have been without a microwave. They have spent $428.00 on a microwave that cost $199.00 when I purchased it. I should have a new microwave by this time, but they have to make 3 attempts before they will get me a new one. Needless to say HHGregg has lost a customer due to this.
