Hired Sears Home Installations, Kitchener, Ontario. Siding, eaves troughs, fascia/soffits, 2 storm doors. Almost 3 years of HELL. A nightmare we cannot wake up from, all of which we did not sign up for. We paid 95% and now they state we owe 100%. Workers are unqualified, behave in an unproffessional manner. Send a roofer to install siding, which ended up water leaking into our new $100,000 addition, and when management was notified, they would not acknowledge. This is just the beginning of the problems, and no one from Sears has apologized. The installers damaged our new window frames, smeared grey caulking all over the white frames and left hand prints of caulking on the new siding.installers torn down the sidingexposing new insulation and did not return for 11 days. During that time high winds tore all the insullation off and Sears Management just fluffed it off. The complaints and poor behaviour of Sears install office goes on for pages. We have a file 2 inches thick that was faxed to Sears management, and mailed to the President of Sears Canada, still no response...
