Sears gas furnace that was installed and lasted one week

I had sears come in and install a new 6400 dollar furnace but after 1 week it stopped working and it was leaking gas so I call sears service and this is were the night mare starts, after talking to 14 different people and 5 days later I stile have a broken furnace sears is telling me that the company they sub contracted to put my furnace in has to look at it and there 12 hours away so in the mean time I guess my family don't need heat in sears eyes, this is the worst company I have ever dealt with and they will never again get any money from me
