Years ago Sears Roofing put the siding on our house. Last summer a piece of siding blew off in a storm. We called Sears, who sent out a repairman who provided an estimate. We scheduled a time, took off work, but HE NEVER SHOWED UP. We called to reschedule, getting voice mail of Rachel Carol (800-222-5030, x5567), which said she would call back in 24 hours. She never called back. We finally gave up and said to forget it. This summer we gave Sears another chance. We called twice - same voice mail, NEVER CALLED BACK. We have e-mailed complaints to Sears, which tells us they will look into it. We're still waiting. What a way to treat a (former) Longtime (30 years) customer.
