We scheduled an estimate for complete roof replacement, gutters, and siding. Sears lost out on estimated $25,000 of business because they could not supply a color swatch of the siding color that was required by our home owners association (HOA) for approval. They cancelled our appointment because they do not supply color samples of any kind, only the samples brought by the Sears representative that we are not allowed to keep. We have already received quotes from 3 other companies, all provided color swatches, samples, and brochures for materials.
