Found this Home Warranty on the Internet back in August of they had very competitive rates and thought I would give them a try. I am not sorry that I did. Had a problem with my Washing machine and a tub that just wasn't draining, so I called and Mabel was a wonder, she got both of my problems solved immediately, or at least as quickly as possible since we live in the country. She was very sweet, called back to let me know that she had contacted both the plumber and the appliance repairman. I am back in business and couldn't be more happy with the service. Thanks again.
