On November 20 I reported an issue with my appliance warranty company "Total Protect Home Warranty" for dishwasher service. They issued me a claim number that day and stated that my claim would be handled by L&R In-Home Appliances and that I'd be receiving a call from them in the next day or two to set up a service call date and time.
After about a week of never receiving any call from L & R In-Home Appliances I did some research of my own on the Internet on this company and WOW - I couldn't believe what I found! Nor could I believe that my warranty company "Total Protect Home Warranty" would even still be using this company for service contracts! After not "ever" hearing from this L & R Appliance Repair for now over 25 days I decided to call my warranty company and inform them of this crap customer service and also of the other which I had discovered on the Internet on this L&R Appliance Repair and request service via a new service company.
Oh and L&R, if you plan to rebuttal and ask why I didn't follow up with you, don't bother... My service issue was fairly minor as my dishwasher is still working therefore it really wasn't worth it to me to chase down the service company for which my warranty company enlisted for my repairs which should have contacted me "well within the 25 days of me placing my service call".
Folks, just take a look at this company's track record!!!
