I requested and settled by CREDIT for 2 water filters and also the incorrect filters were delivered. And so I delivered the item after acquiring their agreement to do this and was billed another period once they sent the right filters. The vendor desired to cost me mailing costs for that return and restocking costs despite the fact that they created the mistake. After many emails, which was sorted out. But I didn't get a reimbursement for that delivered product for a few months despite repeated calls and emails. To obtain the reimbursement, I'd to document a with CREDIT, and publish numerous documents showing that I had been approved to come back the item, that I'd completed thus, which Homecenter.com had acquired it. When the CREDIT grievances division obtained the paperwork, they acknowledged my consideration and subtracted the total amount from Homecenter.com in 3 times. I'd not conduct business with Homecenter.com again under any conditions.
