Brian Okin Ripped Off by HomeCenter.com and Brian Okin www.homecenter.com

Placed an order with Homecenter.com. I was told by Homecenter.com a few weeks after I placed the order that the shower body I ordered would take longer to get than first anticipated. I sent an email canceling my order. When I tried to return the item and get a refund or credit Brian Okin got involved. Never spoke to him, only email. He makes it very difficult to reach him. Only emails. Anyway, he fought me over the return and then finally conceded offering me 3/4 of my money back and the rest in a credit to be used at Homecenter next time I needed something. I shipped the shower body back to Jado, the manufacturer, as instructed by Brian Okin. This was 2 months ago. He has still not told me when I will receive my refund.

I have never dealt with a company like this. It has been the one of the most frustrating experiences I've had. I cannot get an answer. I am about to file a small claims suit. Contacting the Better Business Bureau etc.

Nothing but bad things to say about this company and Brian Okin, their leader.
