I sent emails to George, Anita, Christina, and John about the subsequent dates: 03/31,04/10,04/18,5/12/08,06/05,7/2/08,07/14,8/12/08. George guaranteed me an entire reimbursement in January after I put my large purchase. For 3 months, I had been not able to return their faulty product simply because they wouldn't provide me a return voucher. Lastly, the three faulty plumbing accessories were delivered towards the organization by UPS about 04/13/08. After calling them many times, in July, I obtained a reimbursement credit of $982.21 minus A - 15% ($157) restocking charge they had no to cost me simply because they offered me faulty product. They held my $982.21 for around 6 months. I had been never ready to obtain the rest of the 15% of the cash the organization owed me.
