Paypal is not interested in helping the business owner. It allows buyers to screw you by pretending not to receive their item. If they paid by paypal, you are forced to refund their money. I offer ALL my customers optional insurance on packages so the post office will refund their money if they don't deliver. Customers can refuse the insurance and paypal will force me (the seller) to reimburse. I have been dealing with a nasty customer. I am 99 percent sure he received his merchandise, but he told paypal he didn't. They are forcing me to refund.
