I am a seller on etsy with 100% success and reviews. My only problem is unlike ebay where your item eventually comes to the top, your items go to the bottom and stay there until they expire so you have to keep listing items so someone will see your item. If you list on ebay it goes to the bottom and eventually comes to the top and then expires. If you are a buyer check their feedback first before buying on etsy and also if your item is not there by 15 days open a dispute with paypal. If the seller does not have a delivery confirmation code that the post office verifies it was delivered in 30 days paypal give you back your money. Don't listen to the seller it is being shipped, there is a delay, blah blah. Contact paypal right away as after 30 days it is too bad, paypal will do nothing. Problem solved.
