Waited nearly two month for countertops to be completed correctly before finally canceling service agreement. Waited nearly two weeks to have measurements and template created for the countertops. 1st delivery 4 days after promised due date - countertops were measured incorrectly. Waited one week for service rep to come to home to inspect and re-measure. Countertops had to be returned to facility for recut. 2nd delivery - countertops were cut improperly and did not fit other countertop segment at the joint. Countertops returned to facility to be re-manufactured. 3rd delivery two weeks later - service rep pulled protective endcap off of ctrtop without removing securing staples and fractured the subboard and laminate finish. Pathetic professionalism. Laissez-faire attitude from customer service department when addressed repeated poor performance from company. Refused to accept any further delays and demanded refund in full. Still have not received full refund. Have been recommended to seek legal recourse to obtain satisfaction. DO NOT USE LamTech, Inc. Horrific in every manner possible.
