I ordered and paid for a 'Forearm Forklift' on 04/04 from Tvretails.com.
The item was never received. It's been 2 months. I called the phone number on the website and on my receipt. I only got aa answering machine.
I left a message and did not get a call back.
I logged into the Live Chat feature on their website. The 'Live Person' never started the chat, I waited 30 minutes. The Live Chat feature suddenly became unavailable.
I could not find an email address to complain to. As I searched my emails, there was no correspondence from this company. No other way to contact them.
They will not respond.
