On 11/13 I ordered an Android Tablet from the company named freebird which the website changed to some other name. (Can't remember it now). I contacted the company requesting my shipping tracking number via "ticket" and "live chat" the first time I contacted them via live chat the person did not answer my question. They just stated "the information will be sent to you via email." " I told them the only information I have recieved was my "ID/Password" but I needed my tracking number. They stated " My order will be sent via first class mail". I did recieve an email within a few mins with my order and it had a place for a Mailing tracking number however, tracking was spelled TACKING. So that made me wonder... Still did not have a tracking number. Well I contacted them via "live Chat 5 more times (under my email/name) and noone would ever respond. I kept getting a contact them later message. This really maked me mad...
