Hello Linda my name is Tim. Like you, I also was interested in the myliveperson.com program. I contacted the company on their website's live chat located on their website and asked a few questions about the program and was given a few answers. After asking my third question the person on the live chat told me they would call me in 15 minutes. I never received the call.
I went back to the site after about an hour to inquire why no one had called me back but the the live chat said noone was available all were offline. I went again today to inquire further and the live chat was available so I opened it up and pm'd them a message, wow to my suiprise the chat all of a sudden went down and said sorry noone available. They have a place to email them when the live chat is down so I sent an email explaing that I would like information on theur program before shelling out over $500.00 to become a master distributor for their company.
I am trying to find out if they are the owners of this program or just an affiliate (which if they are they should learn some mannars in business protocol) If they are the owners of this program then beware of spending the kind of money they want to join them. If this is the kind of service they give their affiliates then what kind of service will they give your customers.
I would hate to spend $300-$500 to join them and then they give the customers that i either enroll into the program or the customers I sell the produts to the same treatment. I would very much like to talk to the owners of this program. I love the concept of the business and the products and it is ashame that it can't be run in a more trustworthy manner. And if myliveperson.com is not the owner of this program I want to say I am sorry to the real owners of the program that they have people like myliveperson.com representing them.
