Total Apathy, Atrocious Customer Service, Major Attitudes to Consumer, Rank 0 on scale 1-10 Ripoff

Have spent a month trying to replace a gas stovetop. First repairman told them it needed replacing, sent a second to verify what the first said, and we have called so many times it is a main number in our call index. They finally call Sears and tell them it is Electric, versus Gas. Absolutely amazing since they have spent close to 300 for repairmen who told them it is GAS, not counting us.

Customer service reps (gag) have horrible attitude, and really don't care one way or the other. Someone needs to file complaints with every state insurance department there is, even though THEY try and tell you it is not insurance, which it is as it is a "speciality insurance product" issued by First American Property & Casualty Insurance Company, out of Santa Ana, Calif.,
