Run as fast as you can... They are a total waste of you time and money. They have terrible customer service reps, and bad communication. With me being an p/c insurance agent for home/health/auto/life i thought they would be a good company for my pet to be insured with..."wrong"... I took out the insurance in june they have been the worst company. A waste of 45 mins on the phone when i could have been with my customers really doing insurance work. So i warn you to think twice and maybe a third time before you get this insurance. When it comes to customer service, my money, and my pet's health we have a problem! Thumbs down they "suck" and i'm a fairly reasonable person.
