I hired a lawyer to get this clowns to replace my furnace and air, like they promise in their web ad. But they dragged it out from July 08 to April 09. And still didn't pay for replacement. Because of the fine print in the contract!
What I am doing is filing a complaint to Calif Dept Of Insurance. Http://www.insurance.ca. Gov/
I think if they get enough of this complaints may be they we go after them.
I getting tired of this ripoff insurance companies getting away with murder!
