I am writing on behalf of Sue Rohrback who was once a customer of Ironwood Insurance. Ironwood Insurance treated Mrs. Rohrback very poorly.
Ironwood Insurance does not want to do business in California so they treated Mrs. Rohrback very, very badly as a customer.
Ironwood Insurance indicates to Mrs. Rohrback at every renewal of her insurance to pay her insurance bill in full instead of every month. When Mrs. Rohrback called customer service, Ironwood Insurance gave her a bad attitude, which they didn't care what Mrs. Rohrback was saying.
Mrs. Rohrback then decided to change to Mercury Insurance co, and Mrs. Robrback called Ironwood Insurance to request a letter that shows time of service, which includes, the date Mrs. Rohrback started and the date she canceled her insurance. Mrs. Rohrback called the 800 number that she has and every time she would call, the voice mail would always pickup no matter what time of day it was. Mrs. Rohrback really needs the letter for her new insurance co.
Another note, Mrs. Rohrback used to write out her check to Ironwood Insurance but the paperwork that Mrs. Rohrback has indicates Cascade National Insurance. Why two different names of the same insurance co?
