I rented a new lawn mower from Arrons Rentals April 1 of this year. After mowing my yard three times the mower started making a real loud noise. I called for service twice. The first time the did not show and the second time I was told it was just the belts and they didn't have the tools to tighten them.
And it was ok to use.
The noise was too loud so I asked them to pick it up and fix it. It took them several weeks to pick the mower up for repair. I was not able to mow my grass with it since June and it was picked up by Arrons July 3.
I paid my monthly payment of $116 in June and July. I was not given a loaner and I have had to call for the status of when they will have it fixed. The person I need to talk with is never in. It is now July 23 another payment is due and I still have no Lawnmower. I had to pay someone to cut my grass.
I am a 54 year old female and I feel like they are trying to take advantage of me. On my voice mail last week was a message that they don't know if it has been fixed yet. The manager of this store needs lessons on customer service.
I want my mower back, paid back for the 2 months I couldn't use it or out of my contract.
