Lied, sent non functional bed ripoff

I bought a bed for my daughter, it was delivered yesterday. But five important parts were missing. I talked to customer service, and they told me they would overnight the parts, and send out a technician today.

They did not overnight the parts, I won't get them until next week. They have done nothing but lie to me. Now, my daughter has no place to sleep or play (they left her bedroom in a dangerous condition for a 3 year old).

I will never buy from them again.
