Missing Parts and Rude Customer Service

I bought a bed for my daughter and two parts were missing from the boxes! I called the customer service and they told me that they would get it ordered. It has been over a month now and I still do not have the parts and they will not tell me when they will be in! I have called once a week to find out when I will get the parts and get the same answer everytime " I don't know". I was just called by a customer service rep and was told that I should have put the bed together faster and IF I had put it together faster that I would have the parts with no problem! She also told me to juryrig the bed and that it is ok to have open bolts on the bed that is for a 4 year old! This attitude towards customers and their rude attitude is unacceptable! I will NEVER buy from this company again!
