I ordered a 50cc ATV for my 6-year old son on 11-30-04. I was told it was being shipped on 12-4-04. Then, a couple weeks later when I asked for tracking info, I was told that it was held up in Customs. Over the next few weeks, it was always "almost ready" for delivery.
Finally, on March 2, it was delivered - without any nuts or bolts to attach the wheels or other pieces, no bracket for the handlebars, no battery and no assembly instructions. Repeated calls for assistance or the parts resulted in promises that were not filled. Claims were made that the parts had been shipped "overnight, " but no tracking info cold be provided. IT was even stated that Fed Ex must have lost them... Twice, I guess.
I have worked with Fed Ex a lot, and they never lose something. They may not always make it overnight, but they do not lose things.
In the meantime, I have this ATV sitting on the floor of my garage, with no wheels or handlebars and a very unhappy 6-year old boy.
