I bought a brand new electric bike from Eco Drive Canada, when I opened the box at home several parts were missing. The front wheel of the bike was missing. The charger for the bike was missing. The key for the bike was missing.

The workmanship on the bike is very shoddy. Made in China it seems to have been made by hand. You can clearly see the soldiering of the bike parts together. The bike is supposed to foldable but it does not fold.

Asked the owner to give me the missing parts, he says it is not his fault that parts are missing, but somehow he has the missing parts and is willing to Sell them to me for extra.

Classic scam: you buy the item boxed and when you open the box the most important and valuable parts are missing. Avoid ww. Ecodrive.ca at all cost!
