I order a Barrie jeep online around 4 weeks ago, and when it was delivered there was at least 2 parts missing from the jeep (which I might add was a birthday present) and when I contacted toys r us about these missing parts they told me it would take a week for the parts to arrive, a week later and no sign of the parts, they phoned me at the end of tha week to ask me if I still wanted the parts, erm hello they are part of the jeep I need them just a little bit! I was told it would take a further week for the parts to arrive another week passed an no parts, got another phone call to say tha the order hadn't gone to the manufactures so it would take yet another week, yet today I receive another shoddy phone call informing me I have to phone the manufactures myself! Erm I'm sure it was their fault yet I have to fix their mistake
