Cochran Investments
(Jonny, Bonnie Cochran) Told me I could lease to buy then after a year of paying they gave me no option but to move

They claimed they would sell me a property but lease to me for 2 years untill i got the loan after 1 year they said they wanted it financed right away they took me for all my savings and then gave me no option but to move

These people are a mother and son the mother does all the sweet talking and the son does the Ripping off. If your invoved with these people be careful and get everything they say in writing they will say it says this but it is a different thing all together.
