I bought my sectional 3 years ago and with it I purchased a warranty on my sectional. When I called them recently and tried to have my sofa repaired. It was denied! I waited and spoke to ten different individuals and a supervisor and nothing was done. I bought this warranty in good faith and no one is willing to honor the legitimacy of my claim. I am never shopping there again! They sell you the insurance and they don't expect you to actually use it!!
