Ripoff, sneaky, carefully planned with lots of accomplices Chandle

I ordered shutters on August 19. They gave me a $100 discount if I pay the full amount so I paid the full amount.

By the end of September I called to follow up, they said it is not yet ready that they will call me by the end of the week for delivery date.

I called every week after that and they keep telling me the factory is backed up with orders but they are a big company and I dont have to worry and that I will be please with my shutters when they deliver. From October to November, it has become very hard to contact the company. Everytime I called, I talked to a different person who was handling my order. I asked to be refunded for my payment since they have not delivered but they said they cannot give me refund because the shutters were already being manufactured. The last person I talked to was Nil (so-called Manager) who assured me that my order was in production and the delivery date was December 23rd. A few days after my conversation with Nil, their phone has been disconnected and I sadly watched the news about the *&% company.
