Leather sectional sofa - Leather sofa

I bought a leather sectional sofa for $1100 three years ago and now the leather is cracking and peeling. I even bought the insurance protection. The insurance said they don't cover that type of damage (awesome!!!) Then Ashley Furniture won't do anything about the damage!!!
