I has purchased a 3 piece milano cream leather living room set for 899.00 on sell 100.00 off bringing my total to 1300.00. This included insurance on the wear and tear of the leather and delivery charge.
Low and behold my furniture arrived and it was the display furniture the dust covers under the funriture where torn up and the new furniture was dirty. I was cool. I called the store and talked the district manager who was full of b.S. And said i can't believe it we will send you out another set.
Guess what the chair was the only thing new the sofa had a rip in it and the love seat was dirty so i keep it until they brought me set number three which was number one with a new dust cover but they had stapled it into the leather and the only thing new was the love seat.
Ok so i called again. All i wanted was what i paid, for new furniture! So the last time they promised me they looked it over and i would be satisfied. Wrong!
The sofa was wrapped in plastic and they forgot the legs that go with it so they took the legs off the sofa that was already here at my home, unwrapped the sofa and it was dirty and a rip in the cushions. The love seat was the only thing new because it wass till in the box.
Beware of value city furniture. They are a rip off. They will take your money and bring you out display furniture and i went back to the store to get my money back and guess, what the furniture was for sale as is for 1100.00 dollars. What a rip off. If you buy from them inspect your furntue with a fine tooth comb. They are terrible. I will never shop there ever!
